With a Degree in Science majoring in Biology and Chemistry and a Higher Diploma in Total Quality Management, Nthabeleng has more than 10 years experience as Quality Management auditor and Social Compliance auditor under ILO Supervision. She is one of a few Basotho to have received training on Legal Metrology and calibration of measuring equipment. She has also undergone an extensive 2 year on-the-job coaching/training Programme by the ILO/IFC Better Work Programme on Leadership Development. Nthabeleng is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice with the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and has sat for an exam to fulfill the requirements of NEBOSH International General Certificate. Nthabeleng is a member of the South African Quality Institute.
A lawyer with 10 years’ experience defending workers’ rights and conducting assessments of factories’ compliance with both national and international standards under the ILO. Thuso holds an LLB degree, a Masters Degree in Labour Law (North-West University, South Africa) and another Master’s Degree in International Human Rights Law(Central European University, Hungary). He is currently enrolled for a short course on Compliance Management Certificate with University of Johannesburg. Thuso sat for exams of NEBOSH International General Certificate in April, 2016.
Molapo holds a Masters Degree in Management Science and Engineering majoring in Operations Research, a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, National Diploma in Production and Inventory Control Management, and a certificate in Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health –SAMTRAC. He has extensive experience as a Social Compliance auditor under ILO Supervision and previously worked with various Social Compliance auditors during his time in industry. He has sat for an exam to fulfill the requirements of NEBOSH International General Certificate. He is a member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association – SAMEA.
Leading Re Mmoho Compliance Solution’s training services, Katleho has 15 years of experience as trainer in factories. Himself trained by the ILO in Jordan, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. He has developed expertise on tailoring training services to the industry. Katleho also holds the NEBOSH International Certifcate together with Msc in Human Resource and Msc in Transformation Management.
Knowledgeable in labour issues backed up with 10 years’ experience working with labour issues as Senior OSH Inspector at the Ministry of Labour and Employment. She was capacitated in HIV/AIDS prevention in the workplace, monitoring and evaluation and project management. She later joined ILO as Social Compliance Auditor where she was further trained on conducting social compliance audits, grievance management and prevention of sexual harassment at workplaces by ILO experts. She holds a BSc in Biology and Chemistry obtained from the National University of Lesotho, a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment certificate obtained from IRCA, and currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Environment and Occupational Hygiene at the University of Pretoria. She has sat for an examination to meet the requirements of NEBOSH International General Certificate. She is a member of the Public Health Association of South Africa.
